Since Heidi Montag came out showing her new bikini body, it has many of us wondering what she looked like before. As I said previously, she looks great now, but she sure wouldn’t hurt your eyes to look at before either. Here are some Heidi Montag bikini photos before she had plastic surgery.

Spencer and Heidi Pratt (yeah, she married him and officially changed her name) recover from their tramatic experiences in the Costa Rican jungle after leaving the reality TV show I’m a Celebrity get Me Out of Here. The recently married couple left the show midway through and have been enjoying the amenities of the Four Seasons hotel since their departure. Heidi has been trying to recover from an illness she came down with while on the show.
